An original letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. This letter must:
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- Specify the purpose of journey
- Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
- Be signed in the original
- Be addressed to the consulate where the visa application will be submitted to
Proof of Financial Means
This must be provided as a copy of the applicant's last three non-online current account bank statements.
Proof of Travel Arrangements
Details of travel arrangements. These must be provided as:
- A copy of the hotel reservation
- A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
Proof of Registration
This must be provided as one of the following documents:
- A copy of the company's registration certificate in South Sudan
Or
- A copy of the company registration certificate in UK for a business that is not yet registered in South Sudan

- A copy of the applicant's contract with the company
