When applying for a business visa to Russia the UK letter must contain the following -
Name, passport number and date of birth of traveller, state whether single or multi entry, the inviting authority translated from the Russian on the invitation and also state that the UK company will be fully financially responsible for the traveller.

Indian form to be completed at http://in.vfsglobal.co.uk 2 pics must measure 2" x 2" and have a pale background.
